After working as a scientific consultant,P3M practitioner and portfolio specialist, Hilary established Rufus & belle Ltd to help organisations deliver value in complex environments.  

Scientist. Engineer. Experienced P3M professional (Agile and Waterfall Methodologies). Hilary has a strong drive for creative problem-solving, innovative delivery and identifying opportunity vectors to support impactful business outcomes. She delivers through collaborative leadership and a special interest in developing the talent pipeline. Hilary has an excellent level of procurement understanding and financial responsibility (£10m+).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hilary brings the strong values associated with her STEM background, and is passionate about leadership (versus management), strength through diversity; and enabling people through mentoring and building a positive cultural environment that supports people to thrive.

Hilary is an APM-qualified project leader, operating at C-suite level and specialising in data and technology. Adept in agile methodology, professional coaching and leading cross-Government stakeholder
collaboration.

outputs and outcomes; and leading teams to develop meaningful reporting, and insights, that cut to the heart of business performance and strategic risk.
